Turkey's first "Local Modular 350 Tons Capacity Drilling Rig Design and Production" project meeting was held in Petrotek’s Konya Production Facility on 12/24/2019. Petrotek technical team and top managers attended the meeting together with the top managers of Türkiye Petrolleri Anonim Ortaklığı (TPAO) ve Turkish Petroleum International Company (TPIC), administrators of Turkish National Science and Technology Foundation (TÜBİTAK), administrators and reviewers from İstanbul Technical University and Bursa Uludağ University, technical personnel from Borusan Power Generation Company, advisor academic staffs of Atılım University. In this context, the production stages were examined on-site, and the authorities were informed. The works in the project continue successfully. During the last period of the project, VFD House, Traveling Block, Wireline Anchor, control and automation components, VFD House, Substructure Pre-Assembly, Mast, Drawworks, Hydraulic Catwalk and Power Slip components were examined in the field together with the authorities and the technical aspects of production and assembly were examined.
